You choose how many live hours per week you want.
For anyone who talks with the tutor regularly. Billing is weekly; you can switch to more or fewer hours at any time – and stop at any time.

No subscription
Just before an exam? Then buy single live hours.
Single hours don’t expire and don’t renew automatically. They suit you if you only need tutor.new now and then.

What’s free?
Writing with the tutor is free for good. Live conversations come with a free allowance. Only if you want more live time do you book a weekly subscription or single hours.
Where do I pay?
In the app through the App Store or Google Play, in the browser through our checkout. Invoices and cancellation go through the same channel.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. The subscription is billed weekly and runs until the end of the paid week. You cancel where you bought it – in the subscription settings of Apple or Google, or in your account.
Can I switch between tiers?
Yes, you can switch to more or fewer hours per week at any time.
Does one subscription cover several children?
No. The hours belong to one account. A second child needs their own account and their own subscription.
What if our school uses tutor.new?
Then you sign in with your teacher’s sign-in code, and the terms your school has agreed with us apply. You don’t need a private subscription for that.
Why is billing weekly?
Because you book tutoring in hours per week. That way you pay for the week you practise, not for a month that might include the holidays.
